Building automation is the automatic centralized control of a building’s heating, ventilation, fire systems, air conditioning, lighting and other systems through a building management system or building automation system (BAS). We combine that with our bespoke algorithms and monitoring software to provide additional services such as Occupancy and Movement, Noise levels and Energy consumption. Our system monitors performance and device failures in all systems providing proactive alerts in real time.

With our experience and relationships with multiple manufacturers we are able to automate and monitor both new builds and retrofit existing estates.

Sensors and Controllers “talk” with each other using many different protocols as appropriate for each installation. Data is processed and monitored using the Digital CRE twin. We then provide the facilities management with a bespoke dashboard and alerting system based on the specification and requirements.
